　　Studentsare becoming more and more reliant on the Internet. While the Internet isconvenient , It has many negative effects and its use for educational purposesshould be restricted.

　　Howfar do you agree with this statement?

　　Key words analysis

　　reliant: 信赖的，可靠的

　　convenient: 方便的

　　negative effect: 负面影响

　　educational purpose: 教育目的

　　restrict: 限制，这里相当于limited

　　Argument:

　　这是属于议论文中的argument类型，通常会在agree或disagree之间进行选择。但是该题特别提到说how far do you agree or disagree，那么我们最好是能够讨论到这个事件的两个方面，然后给出自己的意见。

　　互联网可以使人们更容易的查找到资料

　　互联网有很多的在线课程，使得学习更便捷

　　互联网的很多信息没有经过过滤，难辨真假

　　互联网信息的丰富可能使得一些学生直接复制，而不进行研究，反而导致学习无效

　　Introduction

　　Nowadays, the Internet is used widely ineducation around the world. Some people say it is beneficial for teaching andlearning because there is so much information available. However, others claimthat the Internet is bad for students' research skills and believe that its useshould be restricted. I believe that use of the Internet should be limited insome ways, but it is still a valuable educational tool.

　　Main body 1

　　Firstly, the Internet is essential for manypeople today. It is widely used in the workplace and people’s everyday lives,both for finding information, for personal finance, for keeping in touch withfriends and family, for social networking and so on. Therefore school studentsshould learn how to use it correctly. In addition, students also need it forresearch in school and university subjects. Nowadays the most up-to-dateinformation can be found on the Internet, rather than in books which can becomeout of date very quickly. Using the Internet is a convenient way of finding outinformation and developing independent research skills.

　　However, the Internet has some negativeaspects. For example, not all websites are reliable or contain accurateinformation. Students need to learn how to evaluate and check the material theyfind on the Internet. Also, many students simply copy large amounts ofmaterial, such as essays from the Internet. Some students then pretend that thismaterial is their own work, which is illegal. If students simply copyinformation or material from the Internet without understanding or analyzingit, they will not learn it fully. Teachers need to teach students how toresearch and use information from the Internet properly.

　　Conclusion

　　In conclusion, schools and universitiesshould teach students how to use the Internet by teaching them good researchskills. If students know how to use the Internet effectively, they are likelyto become better students and have better employment opportunities in thefuture.
