　　Describe a time when you received good service in a shop/store.　　

　　You should say:

　　Where the shop is

　　When you went to the shop

　　What service you received from the staff

　　And explain how you felt about the service

　　I'd like to talk about the excellent service I received at a small electronics store near my university last month. It's called Tech Helper and it's located on the main street just outside our campus.

　　I went there because my laptop suddenly stopped working right before my final exams. I was really panicked because all my notes and assignments were on it. When I walked in, I must have looked pretty stressed because the staff member, a guy probably in his thirties, immediately asked if everything was okay.

　　He spent almost an hour diagnosing the problem, even though the store was quite busy. He explained everything in simple terms since I don't know much about computers. It turned out to be a software issue that he could fix on the spot. What really impressed me was that he also backed up all my files to make sure I wouldn't lose anything, and he didn't charge extra for that.

　　The whole repair only cost me 50 yuan, which was much less than I'd expected. He even gave me some tips on how to prevent similar problems in the future.

　　I felt incredibly relieved and grateful. Most repair shops I'd been to before were quite rushed and impersonal, but this guy genuinely seemed to care about helping me. The fact that he took time to explain things and went the extra mile with backing up my files really made my day. I've recommended that shop to several classmates since then.
