　　吃太多的快餐有害健康，因为不少快餐含有太多脂肪，糖分和热量。

　　Eating too much fast food is physically damaging, for fast foodcontains excessive fat, sugar and calorie.

　　青少年正处于长身体的阶段，吸烟对他们的危害特别大，因为烟草含有4000多种化学物质，对身体成长有负面影响。
