2019年5-8月雅思口语part1&2&3话题范文汇总

Describe an occasion when you received bad service

  糟糕服务

Describe an occasion hen you received bad service You should say:

  What happened

  When and where it happened

  Who you were with

And explain why the service is bad

I once received bad service from the residential property management department in my community. Upon arriving home last month, I found that all the roads in the residential community, no matter how big or small, were occupied with vehicles(上个月,我回家时发现小区里停满了机动车。

). Not only were these cars in very large numbers, but they also failed to obey the rules of parking in the specific lots in order, some of which even took over the sidewalks, leaving no space for the pedestrians. As a result, I had to detour around the cars in order to successfully navigate home. To that end, I negotiated with the residential property management department, hoping that they would take some administrative and punitive measures(采取惩罚性措施) to prevent the cars from parking in the wrong place. However, the department took no substantive action on this issue but sat idly, which actually led more drivers to park their cars at their will without the consideration of pedestrians. So it was not surprising when I found more vehicles parking in the wrong places a week later. When I initiated a new negotiation with the property management department to require a proper solution. Guess what? The department said that they were not responsible for the management of the vehicles in the community. Since this department exists to provide a better living environment for residents, I demanded the department to chart a course for orderly parking in the community(之后我又像他们提出建议对小区内进行停车位进行规划). Still, there were no replies coming back. The property management department was unable to optimize the environment for residents in the community, and there was no service spirit at all.
