　　1、Some people think that rich countries giving international aid to the poor countries has positive impact. Others argue that it may lead to problems. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

　　2、Many countries spend a lot of money in art. Some people think investment in art is necessary, but others say money is better spent public services and facilities. Discuss both and give your idea.

　　3、Instead of asking the government to bear the cost of higher education, students should pay tuition fees themselves. Do you agree or disagree with this statement?

　　投资于除了公共设施以外的领域，都可以在坏处的说导致公共设施的投资减少，最后导致影响了人们的well-being.

　　It is worth mentioning that university education is the key to bridge the gap between the poor and the rich. There are numerous students, especially those from low income families, who cannot afford educational expenses. Because of financial constrains, people of low socio-economic status are at a disadvantage in terms of educational opportunities and career development. If the government provides free access to education, children from disadvantaged background can get into the college and find decent jobs in future. This can close the social divide and create a prosperous country.

　　With government funding, schools may lack enough money to upgrade facilities and recruit well-qualified lecturers, which can have a negative impact on students’ academic achievement. College education needs many well-paid professors and various advanced facilities. In other words, it needs a great sum of money. If the college students do not pay the tuition fee, it will lay heavy burden on the government. If the government is unable to invest enough money on university education because of the limited budget, the quality of education cannot be ensured.
