海南大学雅思考试疫情防控期间入校须知 (2022年4月7日更新)

根据国家和海南省疫情防控政策，为做好雅思考试疫情防控工作，请所有在海南大学考点参加考试的考生了解并遵守以下规定：

In accordance with the national and Hainan Province epidemic prevention and control policies, Hainan University IELTS test center issued this entry notice for better epidemic prevention and control for the IELTS test. All test candidates registering for Hainan University IELTS test are requested to understand and abide by the following regulations:

1.考生须在考前7天内填报个人防疫信息。未及时填报或提供错误虚假信息者将不予入校参加考试，一切后果由考生本人承担。

Candidates must fill in the form of personal epidemic prevention and control information within 7 days before the test. Those who fail to fill in the form in time or provide false information will not be admitted to take the test, and all consequences shall be borne by the candidates themselves.

2.考生在进入本考点时，须遵守以下要求：

Candidates must abide by the following requirements when entering the test center:

（1）所有考生须符合考前14天内无海南省外旅居史（通信大数据行程卡显示"到达或途经"仅为海南省省内地区），且考前14天内来自省内非疫情突发地区（考前14天内来自省内疫情突发地区的考生不得入校参加考试）；

All candidates must meet the following two requirements simultaneously:

First, all candidates must have no travel history from outside Hainan Province 14 days before the test (as shown by the travel history code via communication big data as "arrival or transit" only within Hainan Province);

Second, candidates must have travel history from non-epidemic-outbreak areas in Hainan province 14 days before the test (candidates recorded as from epidemic-outbreak areas in Hainan province 14 days before the test are not allowed to enter the test venue to take the test).

（2）所有考生均须出示本人48小时内（以报告出具时间计算）海南省内医疗机构核酸检测阴性报告，纸质版和电子版均可；

Upon arrival at the test entrance, all candidates must present their negative nucleic acid test reports issued by medical institutions in Hainan Province with valid hours of 48 before the test time (calculated by the time the report is issued). Test report in paper or electronic version bears the same validity.

（3）所有考生须出示本人疫情防控行程码及海南省健康码，行程码及海南健康码必须为绿码；

Upon arrival at the test entrance, all candidates must present their epidemic prevention and control travel history code and Hainan Province health code. Both travel history code and Hainan health code must be green color.

（4）须全程佩戴口罩；

All candidates are requested to wear masks throughout the checking and testing process.

（5）所有考生须接受体温测量，体温＜37.3℃可入场。体温≥37.3℃的考生须接受二次测温，两次测温体温均≥37.3℃的考生不得进入考点；

All test candidates must take temperature screening and register at the entrance of the test venue. Admission is allowed if the body temperature is less than 37.3℃. Any candidates whose body temperatures are ≥37.3℃ must take the second temperature screening, and those whose body temperatures are recorded ≥37.3℃ twice are not allowed to enter the test area.

（6）考试当日，出现持续咳嗽、呼吸困难等流感症状的考生不得进入考点；

On the test day, candidates with flu symptoms such as persistent cough and difficulty in breathing are not allowed to enter the test area.

（7）请考生携带与报名一致且有效的身份证件原件，以及纸质版考试确认信；

Candidates are requested to bring along their original ID document valid and consistent with the one they sign up with for IELTS Test online, as well as the paper version of the exam confirmation letter.

（8）考点路线图如下：

The route map of the test venue is as follows:

防疫期间，考生进入本考点的唯一通道是海南大学海甸校区东门（海南省海口市海甸岛人民大道58号），东门和考点（五号教学楼）之间约有900米距离。建议您比常规的到达时间再提前30分钟或更早到达考点，确保有足够的时间完成相关防疫要求工作，按时进入考点。

During the epidemic prevention and control period, the only accessible gate for candidates to reach the test center is the east gate of Hainan University, Haidian Campus (No. 58, Renmin Avenue, Haidian Island, Haikou City, Hainan Province). The estimated distance between the east gate and the test center (teaching building No. 5) is about 900 meters. It is recommended that you arrive at the test center 30 minutes ahead of your time slot ( preferably earlier than the regular arrival time) to ensure that you have enough time to complete the relevant epidemic prevention and control requirements before entering the test center on time.
