Some people think that only the best students should be rewarded. Others, however, think that it is more important to reward students who show improvements.

Discuss both views and give your opinion.

1. 奖励优秀学生鼓励继续努力 (Rewarding outstanding students encourages further efforts), e.g. 优秀

2. 只奖励优秀学生能够保持竞争力 (Rewarding only the best students maintains competitiveness), e.g.

竞争力(competitiveness),奖励成果 (reward achievements)

角度二:

1. 鼓励努力学生,激发潜力 (encourage hardworking students, unleash potential), e.g. 奖励付出(reward effort)

2. 降低学生之间的竞争压力 (reduce competition pressure among students), e.g. 减少焦虑 (reduce anxiety)

Once children start school, teachers have more influence on their intellectual and social development than parents do.

Some people believe that in order to improve educational equality, we should encourage students to make comments or even criticism of their teachers, but others think it will lead to the loss of respect and discipline in the classroom.
