　　Describe an online video where you learned something new.

　　And explain what you learn from it

　　I'd love to tell you about this amazing cooking video I came across on Douyin last week. It was a lazy Sunday afternoon, and I was scrolling through my feed, looking for something interesting to watch. Suddenly, this mouthwatering video of someone making Hong Kong-style egg waffles popped up, and I was instantly hooked!

　　The video was created by this young home cook from Guangzhou. He was demonstrating how to make these delicious street snacks right in his tiny apartment kitchen. I was fascinated because I've always loved eating egg waffles but never thought I could make them at home.

　　I initially planned to watch for just a minute or two, but I ended up replaying the entire 3-minute video several times! The cook's enthusiasm was infectious, and the close-up shots of the golden, crispy waffles were absolutely drool-worthy. He even showed how to add different toppings and fillings to create unique flavors.

　　I learned so much from this short video. First, I discovered that you don't need a fancy waffle maker to create these treats - a special mold on a stovetop works perfectly. I also learned about the importance of the batter consistency and cooking temperature to get that perfect crispy-outside, fluffy-inside texture.

　　But what really surprised me was how therapeutic cooking can be. The host mentioned how making these waffles helps him relax after a long day at work. It got me thinking about how I could incorporate more home cooking into my routine as a way to de-stress.

　　This video inspired me to try making egg waffles myself. I've already ordered a mold online and can't wait to experiment with different flavors. Who knows, maybe I'll even start my own cooking channel on Douyin one day!
