　　Well, to be frank, I am not quite sure about that, coz I have never thought about being a teacher in the future, but, maybe that is a good idea. I mean, teaching is a really rewarding and decent job, and being respected and loved by students will definitely be a nice thing.

　　答题结构：

　　答题思路：

　　这个题相对比较常识一点，老师应不应该跟学生生气。事实上，可以说应该，也可以说不应该，但是我建议还是给出符合common sense 一种大众认知比较认可答案。我们会说老师不应该跟学生生气。因为，作为专业professional的老师，要懂得管理情绪emotion management，老师的角色不仅仅是授课，也应该是学生的朋友，家长。对于捣蛋鬼 troublemaker、表现不好的学生要学会以柔和gentle的方式去处理。

　　I don’t think teachers should be angry with students, no matter under what circumstance, because I believe being professional teachers, they should control their temper and be patient to the students. I mean, a good teacher should be the one who can always inspire and encourage students to learn instead of push or force them to do what was told.

　　题目解析：

　　乍一看这道题问的是年龄的差距，其实问的是new teacher和experienced teacher的区别。我们不妨从教学技能teaching competence和知识储备, 性格态度3个方面来讲。

　　Sample answer：

　　I think there are quite a lot of differences between new teachers and experienced teachers. For new teachers, they are more energetic and passionate, for example they might try lots of new things in their classes and love physical activities, but maybe have some problems in controlling the class and plan efficient lessons; on the other hand, for old teachers, they are more skilled and experienced, I mean they can manage the class well and deliver the lessons effectively, but they might be less likely to produce their classes with new methods.
