　　剑桥雅思10Test1口语part1话题Weekends

　　1.How do you usually spend your weekends? [Why?]

　　你通常怎么过周末?

　　• Brainstorming: ways/methods; daily routine; introduction of habits&relative activities; present simple tense

　　• Useful expressions: be packed with; trifle; empty one’s mind; amuse oneself

　　I normally spend my weekends doing something relaxing, because I tend to be busy from Monday to Friday. I tend to keep a little notebook and jot down things to do as they occur to me so that I can plan Saturday’s activity and I don’t waste time. On Sundays I do nothing because that is my relaxing day.

　　2.Which is your favourite part of the weekend? [Why?]

　　• Brainstorming: multiple choices/singular choice;introduction of preference &relative activities; present simple tense or past tense

　　• Useful expressions: vintage fair; ornament, elegant

　　Sunday is my best day of the weekend, because apart from cooking food or perhaps doing some washing of clothes, I do nothing. I saunter down to the village shop to get my Sunday newspaper and chat to folks on the way. I like to spend time reading the Sunday paper because it is much thicker that day and has many different supplements.

　　3.Do you think your weekends are long enough? [Why/Why not?]

　　你觉得周末够长么?

　　• Brainstorming: Yes/No; personal attitude; comparison; personal story; past tense

　　• Useful expressions: have the concept of, day off

　　No, of course not. Sometimes I wish the weekend included Friday or Monday because I use up Saturday doing necessary things so only Sunday is free. With an extra day, I could go on a 2-day holiday break.

　　4.How important do you think it is to have free time at the weekends? [Why?]

　　周末有自由的时间你觉得重要么?

　　Free time is very important because if work takes up 7 days there will be something wrong with your work/life balance. If you do not relax on Saturday and Sunday, you will return to work on Monday just as tired as you left work on Friday.

　　雅思口语part1的重要性

　　对目标分数的需求不太高的考生来说，第一部分是最重要的。如果第一部分发挥不错的话、只要第二和三部分不是灾难，那这个人可以拿5.5分。在第一部分表现得英语似乎不好，但在第二和三部分发挥很好的考生，很少见。

　　附上考官关于雅思口语part1建议

　　回答要简洁;在part1没任何炫的必要。

　　针对问题，给予一个简短直接的答案和一个理由，然后闭嘴。

　　如果有必要，想考官微笑示意你已准备好回答下一个问题;如果你一直说，考官会打断你。

　　一定要用完整句来回答问题，不要犹豫;说出脑海中最先想到东西的就ok。
