　　Describe a creative musician / inventor

　　You should say :

　　Who the person is?

　　What he/she does?How you know him?

　　Why you think he/she's creative ?

　　1.I ‘d like to talk about jay chow , who’s one of the most decorated musicians in Taiwan . in recent years ,he’s won numerous music awards . In my opinion , what makes him so outstanding is his talent in composing music and writing lyrics . later , i'll tell you about it .

　　2.It’s said that he’s a typical workaholic .So I guess his schedule must be filled with work ,for example : he needs to perform at concerts , attend some important music events . Besides working hard , he still devotes a lot of time doing charity .He’s helped many homeless children and people with disabilities .

　　3.As to how I know him . well , he’s a celebrity , a household name in my country . Many years ago , when I was in high school , he’s already made his name . His CDs could be sold out in a few hours . People waited in line to buy tickets to his concerts . Those days were crazy .

　　4.Lastly , I'll tell you about why i think he's so creative . He’s a full package . He not only sings well , but also writes a number of bestselling songs . He successfully adds Chinese elements , like : kung Fu , into his lyrics , perfectly combining Chinese culture with modern music style . That’s incredible .

　　高分语料解析：

　　1. I ‘d like to talk about jay chow , who’s one of the most decorated musicians in Taiwan: 这是一个标准的高分开头， 有词组，有复合句型， 有适当的形容词， 加分的!

　　2. most decorated musician: 获奖很多的音乐人 (decorated 这个词在形容音乐人或者艺术家的时候很常用。表示获奖很多的。加分词!)

　　3. numerous music awards :无数的音乐奖项

　　4. what makes him so outstanding is his talent in composing music and writing lyrics: 让他如此杰出的是他在作词谱曲中的天赋。

　　5. later , i will tell you about it: 这是一句常用的连接句。在雅思口语考试中， 没有适当的链接的话是没有办法拿到coherence的分数的。

　　6. typical workaholic: 典型的工作狂

　　7. perform at concerts: (大家来学一学标准的表达吧)做演唱会

　　8. attend some important music events:参加重要的音乐盛典

　　9. Besides working hard , he still devotes a lot of time doing charity : 除了工作极其努力之外， 他还把很多的时间贡献给了慈善事业。

　　10. homeless children:无家可归的儿童

　　11. people with disabilities:残疾人士

　　12. As to how I know him: 连接句(有时候可以用as to 加上问题的方式来引出下文，拿连贯度的分数)

　　13. he’s a celebrity , a household name in my country:他在我们国家是名人，一个家喻户晓的名字。

　　14. made his name: 成名(很好的词组!有加分的!)

　　15.His CDs could be sold out in a few hours . People waited in line to buy tickets to his concerts :他的cd会在几小时内卖完， 人们排长队买他演唱会的票子。

　　16.Lastly , I'll tell you why i think he's so creative:连接句 (拿连贯度的分数)

　　17.He’s a full package: 他是个全才 (full package 是个很好的词组， 加分词!)

　　18.He successfully adds Chinese elements , like : kung Fu , into his lyrics , perfectly combining Chinese culture with modern music style . that’s incredible:他成功的把中国元素比如中国功夫加入到他的歌词中，把中国文化和流行音乐完美的融合在了一起(这个解释那么地道， 加分句!)
