　　Describe a person who just moved home

　　You should say:

　　Where and when the person moved?

　　How you know him/her?

　　What he/she brought with him/her?

　　How he/she felt about the new home?

　　1.I‘d like to talk about a friend who moved into his new apartment not so long ago.The neighborhood is desirable.It has a friendly environment and convenient public transportation.Those trendy bars,restaurants are just a few steps away.my friend spent a lot of time and effort on the renovation of the apartment.Now,it’s become a sweet home.

　　2.The person who moved home is my best friend.We’re about the same age.He’s from a small city,which is located in the southern china.He’s a nice person,who's independent,hard-working,and open-minded.We got along very well.That day,I was there to give him a hand.

　　3.He called a moving company.He just took some furniture,and some personal belongings,like:his clothes,favorite music albums,etc.After arriving at his new home,we did some cleaning.At night,we held a house warming party .We invited some of his new neighbors over.We treated them with some take-outs.Anyway,we had a good time.

　　4.As to how he felt about his new place.Well,he’s definitely very excited.It seems like life's treating him very well.Once,over the phone,he told me that he got along with his new neighbors very well.Today,he’s already fitted into the new living environment.I'm glad to know that he’s satisfied with his new life.

　　2.the neighborhood is desirable:(desirable经常被用在欧美的房屋买卖上， 用来形容特别受欢迎的小区)

　　4.those trendy bars , restaurants are just a few steps away:那些时尚的酒吧，餐馆就在几步之外。

　　5. spent a lot of time and effort on the renovation of the apartment:(朋友)花了很多时间在房子的装修上。

　　6.the person who moved home is my best friend:(这是一个得分技巧的体现， 不但从句能带来更高的分数， 而且可以提示考官我已经讲到第三个问题了)

　　7.we’re about the same age:我们年龄相仿。

　　8.he’s from a small city ,which is located in the southern china:(注意看细节，从句有额外的加分)他来自于中国南部的一个小城市。

　　9.he’s a nice person , independent, hard-working , and open-minded:(这又是一个在考试中有心计的体现，口语考试中得分讲究的是细节，既然问的是人， 那对于那个人细节的描述当然有的分，相关词汇!)

　　10.give him a hand: (习语)帮某人一把。

　　11.moving company:搬家公司

　　12.personal belongings:个人所有物

　　13.after arriving at his new home ,we did some cleaning:(非谓语的正确使用，体现语法的技巧)在我们达到他的新家之后，我们做了点简单的清洁。

　　14.held a house warming party:(housewarming party 是在欧美的搬家习俗中的一部分，就类似于大家吃个饭，热闹热闹这样)

　　15.as to how he felt about his new place:(连接句，承上启下，并且可以提示考官， 我们已经到了最后一个问题)

　　16.life's treating him very well:(习语)日子过的很滋润。

　　17.he’s already fitted into the new living environment:他已经融入了新的生活环境

　　18.he’s satisfied with his new life:他对他的新生活很满意。
