　　《剑14》Test 1 大作文题目

　　Some people believe that it is best to accept a bad situation, such as an unsatisfactory job or shortage of money. Others argue that it is better to try and improve such situations.

　　Discuss both these views and give your own opinion.

　　当雅思用抽象话题“玩弄”我们，我们可以让ta死心。

　　写作范文及解析

　　不要机械的重复题目中给出的语句，虽然我们可能回去改变措辞的细节和转述。我的建议是：从第一句话开始暗示我们的立场，比如，用让步状语从句把我们的对立面写出来：

　　Although it may be a common idea, probably an overwhelming mindset, that people in hardship should give up struggling, 然后主句的部分就明示自己的立场： I do not agree with it. Instead, it is advisable that people make a lot of endeavors to change the situation.

　　让步是一种论证习惯，显得我们很理性： Admittedly, those who tend to keep the status quo have their reasons. 尝试找出反方的想法(而不一定是“对在哪里”)：They may think that life is not subject to how hard they try but to the destiny or that no conflict, which happens when a person disobeys the fate, is necessary. 准备转折：Although we may be able to empathize with these people, we should not agree with them.具体驳斥：In fact, their mindset of submission is undesirable. When they give up trying and choose to adapt, they actually surrender to the difficulty, unsatisfying jobs or the lack of money. Fear occupies their mind and heart. Meanwhile, the constant acceptance and compromise will eventually lead to thelow self-esteem.

　　选词时，注意精选带有“评价”意义的词。比如：submissions、give up、surrender to、fear、low self-esteem 都是“负评价”，即然你要批评第一种观点，那就“贬”。

　　现在开始展开论证自己的立场的合理性。先总写一句：By contrast, it is desirable to confrontthese situations and make a change. 然后具体：First, many of such situations arenot stubborn but reversible. As long as an individual has the right amount of desire, the individual may be able to find a different job or employer or to earn more money, and the situation may improve. In this case, it would make no sense if the individual were to compromise. 举例的方式补充说理论证： For example, a college graduate who finds no joy in his or her first job can always find another one since the youth is still long or finds a weekend job as an additional source of income. In addition, effort may be made not for the self but for the family; the individual tries to change the situation in the interest of the partner, the spouse or children.

　　At this point, it is obvious that those who yield to the hardship display nothing but weakness. I think that nobody should give up fighting for a better life.
