　　解题思路：听到give up some of their work time to help on…根据我们审题过后确定题目要一个做志愿者工作的时间之后，可以基本确定这一块儿开始要锁定答案了，但是听到eight hours 这个时间段信息之后还不能确定答案，因为我们不知道这个8小时到底是一年的还是一周的，再往后听到throughout the year才可以选择答案。干扰信息是对8小时的说法变换一下，注意排除。
