Some people believe that what children watch on television influences their behaviour. Others say that amount of time spent watching television influences their behavior. Discuss both views and give own opinion.

电视内容对儿童行为的影响：

1. 电视节目中的角色和情节可能会影响儿童的行为模式。例如，如果儿童经常看到电视上的角色使用暴力解决问题，他们可能会模仿这种行为。

2. 电视节目也可能影响儿童的价值观和世界观。例如，电视广告可能会让儿童过度重视物质消费。

Similarly, children in supportive family environments may better distinguish between fictional portrayals and real-life behavior.

In conclusion, both the content of television and the time spent watching it can significantly impact children's behavior. However, the extent of this influence is contingent upon various factors. Parents and educators play a pivotal role in guiding children toward balanced television consumption, encouraging the selection of beneficial programs and regulating screen time. Striking this balance is essential for fostering healthy development in children.
