Some people believe that every human can create art. Other people think that art can only be created by people with special talents. Discuss both views and give your own opinion.

建议思路：

每个人都可以通过学习或观察来创作艺术。

1. 并不是所有的大师作品（masterpieces）才可以称之为艺术。每个人都有可能产生新的、独特的想法，这是艺术创作的基础。而通过观察各类艺术形式，每个人都有可能进行自己的基础创作。

2. 通过学习和实践，人们可以掌握艺术创作的技巧和方法。及时是从未接触过艺术的人，通过合理的学习，也能掌握基础的艺术创作步骤从而进行创作。

3. 艺术是一种表达个人情感和观点的方式，每个人都有这种表达的需求和能力。许多著名的艺术家，如梵高和毕加索，都是通过不断的实践和探索发展出自己的艺术风格的。

不可否认，有艺术天赋的人会更具备走艺术道路的优势。

1. 一些人天生就具有对色彩、形状、声音等的敏感度，这使他们在艺术创作上具有优势。

2. 艺术创作往往需要灵感的触发，这种灵感可能并不是每个人都能体验到的。例如莫扎特从小就展现出了音乐天赋，他的作品至今仍被世界各地的人们所欣赏。

总之，通过合理的训练或观察，每个人都能进行艺术创造。但是天赋例如艺术敏感度和灵感，也非常重要，有天赋的人，在艺术创作的道路上会更有优势。

Art has long been a subject of debate regarding its accessibility to all individuals versus the talent in the creative process. While some argue that art is a universal form of expression open to everyone, others emphasize the importance of inherent talent in producing exceptional works. This essay aims to examine both perspectives and offer my view on the relationship between accessibility and talent in artistic creation.

Advocates of the notion that anyone can engage in artistic expression think that creativity is not limited to few. They contend that every individual has the capacity to generate innovative ideas, forming the foundation of artistic creation by observing and studying various art forms. Moreover, individuals can develop artistic skills through education and practice, even if they have had limited exposure to art previously. Education plays a crucial role in nurturing artistic creativity and enabling individuals to grasp fundamental principles of artistic expression.

However, it is undeniable that some individuals exhibit a natural aptitude for artistic expression, demonstrating a heightened sensitivity to artistic elements such as color, form, and sound. This innate talent allows them to perceive and communicate artistic ideas in a distinctive manner. Furthermore, artistic creation often is in a spark of inspiration, which may not be universally experienced. For example, Mozart displayed exceptional musical talent from a young age, composing works that continue to be revered today. .

In conclusion, while artistic expression is within reach of everyone through education and observation, innate talent, including artistic sensitivity and inspiration, also plays a significant role. Those with natural talent may have an advantage in the creative process, but with dedication and learning, anyone can engage in artistic expression and contribute meaningfully to the artistic landscape.
