　　Describe a sport that you have watched before but have not played yourself.

　　You should say:

　　When and where you watched it

　　Who you watched it with

　　And explain how you felt about it

　　One sport that I have only watched but never played myself is ice hockey. The first time I watched an ice hockey match was in the winter of 2022 at the O2 Arena in London.

　　I went to the game with my cousin, who is a huge ice hockey fan. It was a match between two well-known teams, the London Raiders and the Sheffield Steeldogs. The arena was packed with enthusiastic fans, and the energy was palpable from the moment we walked in.

　　Despite never having played ice hockey, I found the game incredibly exciting. The speed and agility of the players was astonishing, and the physicality of the sport added an intense edge to the atmosphere. My cousin helped explain the rules and strategies, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

　　Watching ice hockey live was a thrilling experience. The crowd’s reactions were infectious, especially when a goal was scored or a particularly impressive play was made. The sound of the skates on the ice and the clashing of sticks created a dynamic and engaging environment. I was completely absorbed in the fast-paced action and the sheer skill of the players.

　　I felt a mix of awe and excitement throughout the match. It was fascinating to see how the players maneuvered on the ice with such precision and speed. The experience gave me a newfound respect for the sport and its athletes. Although I’ve never played ice hockey myself, watching it live has made me appreciate the skill and dedication required to excel in the sport.

　　Overall, attending an ice hockey game was an unforgettable experience. It sparked my interest in the sport, and I now follow it more closely. I hope to try ice skating someday, even if not playing hockey, just to get a taste of what those players experience on the ice.
