　　3.latte：拿铁

　　拿铁咖啡是意大利浓缩咖啡与牛奶的经典混合，意大利人也很喜欢把拿铁作为早餐的饮料。意大利人早晨的厨房里，照得到阳光的炉子上通常会同时煮着咖啡和牛奶。喝拿铁的意大利人，与其说他们喜欢意大利浓缩咖啡，不如说他们喜欢牛奶，也只有espresso才能给普普通通的牛奶带来让人难以忘怀的味道。

　　A latte (shortened form of the Italian caffè latte or caffellatte pronounced [ˌkaffelˈlatte], meaning "coffee milk") is a coffee drink made with espresso and steamed milk. When used in English, the word is also sometimes spelled latté or lattè—the diacritical mark being added as a hyperforeignism. Northern Europe and Scandinaviahave traditionally used the term 'Café au lait' for espresso and milk, although in the US this term is used for brewed coffee and scalded milk. In France, 'caffè Latte' is mostly known from American coffee chains; a combination of espresso and steamed milk equivalent to a 'latte' is in French called Grand Crème and in German 'Milchkaffee' or 'Melange'. Variants include replacing the coffee with another drink base such as masala chai(spiced Indian tea), mate or matcha, and other types of milk like soy milk are also used.

　　4.américano：美式咖啡

　　“美式咖啡”(英文：Americano，意大利语：Caffè Americano)咖啡的一种，是最普通的咖啡。是使用滴滤式咖啡壶、虹吸壶、法压壶之类的器具所制作出的黑咖啡，又或者是意式浓缩中加入大量的水制成。口味比较淡。因为萃取时间长，所以咖啡因含量高。

　　Caffè Americano, or Americano (English: American coffee) is a style of coffee prepared by adding hot water to espresso, giving it a similar strength to, but different flavor from, regular drip coffee. The strength of an Americano varies with the number of shots of espresso and the amount of water added. The name is also spelled with varying capitalization and use of diacritics: e.g. Café Américano – a hyperforeignism using the French word for coffee and the Italian word for American, but with the correct French accent - café Americano, cafe americano, etc.

　　In the United States, "Americano" is used broadly to mean combining hot water and espresso in either order, but in a narrower definition it refers to adding water to espresso (espresso on the bottom), while adding espresso to water (espresso on the top) is instead referred to as a long black.
