　　3.How do you think communication technology will change in the future?

　　Yes：well, I think it will change dramatically.科技发展：可视化First, it will become more visual, which means that people can use the technology to communicate with others in a more real condition. We may just stand in front of an electronic device, say a TV set, but we feel as if we were authentically participating in the situations, such as a concert or a lecture.方便It also will become more convenient with the internet connection everywhere. People can access to all sorts of information, contacts, documents and mails in one device.多元化The functionality of the technology will be diversified. By this I mean, we will use the applications or machines to talk with others as well as dealing with many other issues in our daily life and work. For example, we can make a PPT slide with our peers together at the same time, even if they are studying in a foreign country.信息公开The advance in technology may lead to more open information regarding each individual. We can easily find the place of birth, educational background, current occupation of a person with the help of various kinds of websites.每个人都会有自己的个人媒体平台(博客、电台、视频直播)People will all establish their own media platform in the future in this so-called internet age. We can post our articles on the blogs, record our voices on some personal radio stations and even live broadcast our life to others who are interested in.

　　4.What are the differences between a phone call and face-to-face communication with someone?

　　Phone：更自在，不用担心尴尬For some people, they think that making a phone call seems to be a more comfortable way to express their ideas, because they don’t have to worry too much about the response of the one on the other side of the connection, as they cannot see them. So for some sensitive topics, sometimes, I have to say, it’s easier to talk it over through the phone line.可以同时做很多其他的事情，比如坐车，赶路，打扫房间Also, making a phone call to communicate with others means that we can deal with many other businesses simultaneously, such as taking a bus to another place, tidying the house or having a meal. In this way, our efficiency will increase for we have resolve several issues in one time.难懂(缺少动作表情)However, I have to say that because of lack of facial expression, it is conceivable that we may misunderstand others’ original meaning, which can cause some trouble. Besides, the listener may have already lost interest, but we still keep talking and making them unpleasant.受信号限制Phone calls are also subject to the signal intensity, which means that if we call in a remote country road or when we are climbing a mountain, it is very likely that we will find our mobiles disconnected.

　　Face-to-face:更直接、真诚I do have to say that face-to-face communication is more direct. There is no way we can hide our emotion or to pretend to be interested in the topic. Our expression naturally becomes more sincere and authentic, which benefits both sides of the conversation.容易理解、辅助其他行为It can be more easily understood by all speakers, because we can use body language and facial expression to assist in our talk and make the meaning more clear.共同完成其他活动：吃饭、喝一杯、讨论工作学习In addition, face-to-face communication can be used not only for just talking, but also for the accomplishment of many other activities, such as eating out with the partners, during which people may discuss social and financial issues, having a drink with friends, and making plans for the coming projects with teammates.
